Big Panda Protest!

Pandas all over Pandanda Land were protesting for the new Summer Clothes Catalog that was supposed to have came out this week!

While the protest in Bear Hollow was still ending Mod Gemmza came to visit and was spotted at Coconut Beach! Gemmza stated that Henry said the catalog was coming out Tonight!

Gemmza made sure to say Hi to all the Pandanda Epicness Blog Viewers before she left!

Don't forget, this Sunday is Earth Day! You can do your part to help keep Pandanda clean and beautiful by picking up any trash you see on the streets of Pandanda. Steve McClean on East Market Street will always buy recyclable cans and bottles from you, and on Earth Day he will be giving DOUBLE the coins! So start picking up trash now, but wait until Sunday to sell it to Steve. It's a great way to earn some coins that you can use on Saturday, April 28th - Free Elite Member Day!

Ready for St. Patrick's Day?

Saturday is St. Patrick's Day, and you know what that means! You don't? Well, let me tell you! It means you should wear green for luck AND you should make sure to log into Pandanda to get your free St. Patrick's Day gift. Head over to the Clothing Co. on East Market Street, then check out the catalog for your gift.

If you haven't gotten Zing Ballyhoo's prize yet, you still have a couple of days to collect 10 Golden Tickets to trade to him for his prize. Zing will have a brand new prize first thing Monday morning, but you can still get his first prize until Sunday evening.

All of your entries for the Spring Theme Player Card Drawing Contest have been downloaded and are now in the hands of the judges. We are going to have a very hard time choosing a winner from so many excellent submissions. I will announce the winner here in my blog on Wednesday, March 21st. Good luck to everyone who entered!

You should also mark your calendars for next Tuesday's Welcome Spring Party! I will be making some visits during the day to help you all celebrate the first day of Spring. I will let you know soon at what time I will visit.

Hey Pandas!

Today's the day to prepare for Zing Ballyhoo's arrival on Monday by wearing your favorite hat! There have been lots of cool and crazy hats, and other stuff to wear on your head, given out as prizes and gifts in the years that Pandanda has been open. And even more hats have been available in the many different clothing catalogs that have been published.

So let's see every furry panda head covered with some kind of fabulous hat today. You might even want to see how many different hats you can wear while you play today. And if you wear a hat with a certain "character", why not try out your acting skills and become that character! Pirate, Roman soldier, jester, Uncle Sam, princess, knight, wizard, Santa Claus - there are so many possibilities!

You can even vote in the new poll to let us know how many hats you have in your Pandanda closet! The poll is only open for 24 hours, so get your vote in!

Just a reminder, the deadline for submitting your Spring Theme Player Card Background drawings is getting closer, but you still have until 11:59pm PST on Wednesday, March 14th to send your drawing in to us. You can read more about it in my Spring Theme Player Card Drawing Contest! post on March 1st, and in the Contest Update post on March 5th. Remember, you can include a suggestion for a simple animation for your background.

Hi everyone!

The Spring Theme Player Card Drawing Contest is going great! We have seen some beautiful and creative player card background drawings, and even a few with animation suggestions. We can't wait to see more! Remember, entries must be received at contest@pandanda.com no later than 11:59pm PST on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 21st in my Blog.

I want to take a minute to remind everyone to read the contest rules carefully. Many of the entries we have received are not eligible win the contest because they did not follow the Rules of the Contest.

1. Your entry must be sent from the email address that your Pandanda account is registered to. An easy way to make sure that you are using the right address is by logging into your Account Management page. When you log in there with your panda name and password, you will see the email address that you used when you created your account. This is the email address that you must send your contest entry from.

2. You must make sure that your panda's name is in your email. Otherwise, how can we know which panda to award the Grand Prize to?You can also use your panda name as the name for the image file you send.

3. Your drawing must be completely your own work. Whether you use crayons on paper, or a drawing/painting program on your computer, everything on your drawing must be created by you.

4. You may only send in ONE entry each day.

So, what can you do if you think you sent in an entry that did not follow those rules? If you sent your entry from the wrong email address, send it again from the right address. If you didn't put your panda name in your email, send your entry again and include your panda name. If you sent more than one entry on one day, you can send those entries again, but this time send just ONE each day for the rest of the contest. And if you sent a drawing that wasn't your own work, you still have plenty of time to design and draw your own, original player card background!

Here are some things you need to enter the contest:
