What Tammy wants us to do is plant some flower seeds in 8 squares that are all over Pandanda in the Orchard, Darby Field, Shady Glen, and Harvest Grove:
Click the brown squares to plant the seeds:
Do it again and again everywhere you see a brown square:
Soon you will have EVERYTHING and will be able to go back to Tammy for a reward:
You will get Panda Power and Coins for finishing the quest:
